26/26D The 26D is one of the most popular stitcher heads on the market. This style has been around for decades and is interchangeable with Acme Champion, Interlake, and ISP heads. It works on many stitching machines including McCain, Duplo, Harris & Bostitch models. Capacity: 2 sheets to 1/4" |
M2000 This model is a newer version of the classic 26D head with more wear resitant internal parts, an external grip spring and an enlarged magnetic swivel. Capacity: 2 sheets to 1/4" ? |
G5 This model was designed with reliability in mind. It's tooless operation facilitates ease of use as well as reduced set-up time. In addition, the G5 has a center-to-center stitch distance of 38mm. All in all, this a great option for smaller capacity and greater reliability. Capacity: 2 sheets to .197" (5mm) ? |
G8 This model is similar to the G5 but with greater capacity and wider center-to-center distance. Wire is fed horizontally and therefore eliminates the need for a swivel. This greatly reduces the frequency of dropped stitches or wire jams. Capacity: 2 sheets to 5/16" ? |
G20 The G20 is the heavy duty version of the side feed style heads. This model is used when volume and capacity is high and/or paper stock is thicker. It can be used on any machine that the model 18D and Hohner's 70/20 are used on. These include ECH Will, Harris, Kugler, McCain and Harris models. Capacity: 2 sheets to 3/4" ? |
18D The 18D is widely known as one of most dependeble performers of any stitching head. It is extremly versatile and like the G20, is ideal for large volume/high capacity jobs. Capacity: 2 sheets to 9/16" (14mm) ? |
DB45 / DB75 / DB75V(S) These models are used on Muller machines and are very similar to Muller's HK45, 75, 75V & 75VS heads. Most parts are even interchangeable between the two brands. See more in our Muller Stitching pages. DB45 Manual DB75(V) Manual |
