Creasing Wheel - Muller Martini 1294/1528/1529/1551/1554

The covercrease eliminates cracking of substrates on a wide range of coated stocks with heavy printed solids. Simply replace your old scoring wheel with the covercrease and apply a steel based polymer creasing band to the feeder drum. Installation takes 10 minutes and each matrix band lasts in excess of 500,000 copies. 

Ultimately, the covercrease will allow you to avoid extra steps taken for offline scoring and will give you a higher quality finished piece.
