Belt Scrapers

Scrapers are an essential part of many conveyers, particularly in the food industry. Different substances can stick to conveying belts and other machine parts which cause hygienic and efficiency issues. While scrapers must be efficient, they must also avoid scratching or damaging the belt surface. We have a variety of scrapers that are designed to avoid damaging different belt materials while effectively removing material accumulation.

Possible Scraper Positions:

Primary Scraper When the material transported is made of coarse, sticky or wet particles, the primary scraper is placed against the drive pulley immediately after the discharge flow.	Secondary Scraper A secondary can be used along with a primary if more thorough cleaning is required. It can also be used alone if the transported material is dry and fine.
