The Meech IonCharge50 offers up to 50kV of controlled static charge using advanced high voltage technology and software. Designed for applications like pinning, bag making, and card insertion, it imparts temporary bonding between insulative materials through the use of generator bars or pinning heads. With independently selectable voltage and current, and a user-friendly color touchscreen interface, IonCharge50 provides versatile and effective static generation for various materials and applications. Available in either Negative (-) or Positive (+) ion polarity. Also available in 30kV versions.
